AMIN Construction Pvt. Ltd. previously known as Amin Carpentry Maldives
Pvt. Ltd, established in the year 1984 and is registered as a limited
liability company for civil construction, carpentry work and wholesale
trading business.
Major civil and construction projects started in the year 1987, named
as Felivaru upgrading project, consisting of factory buildings. Since
then the company has undertaken numerous multi-million Rufiya projects
in civil engineering, residential, institutions and commercial projects
in both private and public sectors.
Recent projects undertaken locally have brought our total contract
value to be amongst the top five Maldives construction companies (ranking
by contracts awarded) for the years 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000.
Today we have much larger workforce of over 450 employees, amongst
them includes specialists in many diverse field of construction industry.
In addition to being fully equipped with modern technological machinery,
all the projects are well planned and handled by experienced professionals.

Surveyors are experienced in planning design & estimating from

AMIN Carpentry
New Ways Construction and Trading is a concern of AMIN Carpentry,
a sister Company of Amin Construction. Amin Carpentry does all carpentry
works for our construction company and for the Construction Industry
in the Republic of Maldives.
This was officially registered under the Trade License of Ministry
of Trade Industry in the year 1988. Amin Carpentry is well equipped
and does subcontracts for a variety of carpentry works including cladding.
The team of carpentry division highly trained and professions staff
is available at you disposal, we provide you with top notched services
utilizing modern machinery and technologies. Our core areas of specification

Fabrication
Methodical plumbing services available with us to international standard.
This include budgeting, designing, installation etc. on client's request

per his/her wish. We are capable in hot and cold water installation

clearance of import and export of goods. We facilitate, large bulk
clearance including trans-shipment to various islands, etc.

standard of drafting services to the clients from all over the Maldives.

a team of dedicated drafting personals ready to undertake any kind

Approvals, permits from local authorities
AMIN can offer unique one stop service to all its clients
obtaining ecessary permits for fencing, site cleaning, excavation
permits, dewatering for all construction and related work at sites
and surrounding areas including roads. AMIN carries out these services
in compliance to local authority
permits.
